As a competitive Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Your responsibilities will include selling, restocking, and merchandising. Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Ascertain customers' needs and wants, offering tailored recommendations.
Recommend and display items that match customer needs, creating visually appealing displays.
Keep up to date with product information and accurately describe product features and benefits.
Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and efficient sales environment.
Requirements:
Proven working experience in retail sales.
